Bitmine Immersion has disclosed 4,066,062 ETH, or 3.37% of circulating supply, plus 193 BTC and $1B cash. It has said its combined crypto and cash holdings total $13.2B. BMNR has averaged $1.7B daily volume, and a shareholder meeting is set for Jan. 15, 2026 in Las Vegas. Backers include ARK Invest.
