All the SecureShift.io ORDERS possess two options for their shift rates. These are FIXED and VARIABLE.

The SHIFT RATE can be referred to as the exchange rate that has been applied to the selected COINS. This is directly displayed on the Order Page below the RATE option button.

VARIABLE RATE

The EXCHANGE RATE keeps on updating from time to time until you SEND the funds to SecureShift.io for your SHIFT. As soon as the funds get deposited, the exchange rate gets LOCKED-IN.

The Network fees are displayed individually on the Shift Order page and are not included in the displayed Live Exchange Rate.

NOTE: The users can SEND any amount to SecureShift.io for their SHIFT within the DEPOSIT RANGE.

FIXED RATE

The EXCHANGE RATE for the selected coins gets LOCKED-IN for just 20 minutes after you press “SHIFT.” The users at first must enter the EXACT coin amount that they wish to SEND before they have created their order.

If the users send a different amount and not what has been displayed on their Order Page, the deposit will be strictly REJECTED and refunded.

The Network fees are incorporated in the Live Exchange Rate and will update based on the fixed deposit/settle amount that the user had entered before creating an order.

NOTE: You should DEPOSIT as soon as possible so that you do not lose your LOCKED-IN rate that expires in 20 minutes.
