U.S. CPI Prints 0.3% in Dec; BTC Holds $92K as Rate-Hold Odds Firm
U.S. CPI has risen 0.3% m/m in December to 2.7% y/y as shelter rose 0.4%. Core has held at 0.2% m/m and 2.6% y/y, fitting a January rate-hold view into the Jan. 29, 2026 FOMC. Bitcoin traded near $92,177; CME FedWatch odds sat in the high-70% range for no change. Deribit DVOL stayed subdued as well.
