Peter Thiel-Backed Crypto Exchange Bullish Files for U.S. IPO on NYSE at $4.23B Valuation
Bullish has filed for a U.S. IPO, aiming to raise up to $629 m by selling 20.3 m shares at $28–31, which would value the exchange at about $4.2 bn. The NYSE-bound listing, trading under BLSH, has attracted non-binding indications of up to $200 m from BlackRock and Cathie Wood’s ARK.
