Gemini IPO Targets $2.22B Valuation – Will Winklevoss Pull It Off?
Winklevoss co-founders of Gemini have filed for a U.S. IPO as Gemini Space Station, planning to sell 16.67M shares at $17–$19 and seeking up to a $2.22B valuation. Goldman Sachs and Citigroup have been named lead bookrunners, with other banks joining the syndicate.
