Arizona Moves to Exempt Crypto From Property Taxes – Will Voters Approve This Tax-Break?
Arizona lawmakers have advanced measures to exclude digital currency from taxable property and, if voters approve a constitutional change, exempt it from property tax. The question could reach the November 2026 ballot as Gov. Katie Hobbs has vetoed several crypto bills. Now awaiting Rules vote next.
